1. About the service

Launch Apps by Kryex is a product discovery and launch platform. Features may change as the service develops. Some listings, rankings, or statistics may be sample data and should not be treated as verified live activity.

2. Accounts and Google sign-in

You may sign in using a Google account with a verified email address. Google handles your authentication credentials; we do not receive your Google password. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping it secure.

Any verified Google account may sign in. Administrative privileges are limited to the addresses configured in the ADMIN_EMAILS allowlist and do not automatically apply to other accounts.

3. Product submissions and user content

Where submission features are available, you must have the rights needed to submit product names, descriptions, logos, images, links, and other materials. Keep submissions accurate, lawful, and up to date.

Submitting content does not guarantee publication, a particular ranking, editorial coverage, traffic, backlinks, or search-engine results. We may review, decline, format, hide, or remove content to operate and protect the service.

• Do not submit content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
• Do not submit malware, deceptive claims, unlawful material, or content intended to manipulate votes or rankings.

4. Community features

Votes, rankings, reviews, and other community signals may be moderated or adjusted when we reasonably believe they are automated, manipulated, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms. A listing on the platform is not an endorsement or guarantee by Kryex.

5. Paid features

If paid services are offered, applicable prices, scope, and payment terms will be shown before purchase. Any refund or cancellation terms presented at checkout apply, subject to applicable law. No paid placement guarantees traffic, sales, rankings, or search performance.

6. Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the site, probe or bypass security controls, automate access in a way that harms the service, misrepresent your identity, or use the platform for unlawful or abusive activity. We may suspend or restrict access to protect users and the service.

7. Intellectual property

The platform’s software, design, and branding are owned by Kryex or its licensors. You retain rights to content you submit and grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, display, format, and promote it as needed to operate the service. You may ask us to remove your content, subject to legal and operational requirements.

8. Third-party services and links

The site may rely on or link to third-party services, including Google sign-in and external product websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party products, content, availability, or practices.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
