MyGymGate

MyGymGate is a simple gym management app that helps gym owners keep members coming back. It tracks who is attending, who has stopped showing up, and whose plan is about to expire, then sends automated welcome, "we miss you" and renewal reminders over WhatsApp and email in your gym's name. Members check in with a QR code or optional face check-in using an old Android phone at the entrance, and expired plans are blocked at the door. A live TV leaderboard turns your gym screen into a wall of streaks, weekly champions and birthdays that members show up for. Owners get a mobile and web dashboard, staff roles, and one flat monthly plan with unlimited members.
