MeterEase is RUBS utility bill-back software for landlords and property owners. Upload a master water, sewer, trash, gas or electric bill as a PDF, confirm the vendor, period and total, and pick a split method: square footage, occupants, bedrooms, percent or a blend. Review every unit's share, approve, and each tenant gets an email with their share, a "How your share was calculated" line and the source bill attached. Tenants pay the landlord directly; MeterEase never touches tenant money.
