KiffOS is a native macOS AI assistant. The model runs on your machine — no cloud, no account, nothing sent to a server on Free. • Local AI for voice, documents and files. Model sized to your RAM (3B, 7B, 14B) — a 3B runs on 8 GB at ~40 tokens/s on Apple Silicon. • Permission-checked agent — every action passes a verifier first. The AI proposes; it never acts behind your back. • Active defence (EHA) — local mapping of your network traffic that flags anomalies. Not a reactive antivirus. • Native and GPU-accelerated. Nothing to configure. Free stays free: fully local, no account. Pro (€6.90/month or €69/year, cancel anytime) adds the connected world — mail, web, social, smart home —, your own API key or a remote OpenAI-compatible/vLLM endpoint, and advanced EHA with alerts and P2P meshing.
