FarmHQ takes the paperwork out of farming. It is a mobile app for UK livestock farms that puts the two halves of farm admin in one place: statutory compliance and the money.

On the compliance side, FarmHQ tracks births, movements and deaths and reports them to the national systems (BCMS, LIS, ScotEID, EIDCymru, NIFAIS). It keeps the medicine book and Red Tractor records audit-ready, and sends deadline alerts for the 27-day passport window and the 3-day movement rule.

On the money side, one photo of a receipt becomes a VAT-coded expense and, where it is a treatment, the matching medicine book entry. Invoicing, bill reminders, VAT and Making Tax Digital filing to HMRC, timesheets and wages are included, with access for a spouse, staff or accountant.
