Claude Code creates files (e.g. screenshots, HTML pages, PDFs) in temp folders you never open, so you end up asking it to describe what you could have looked at which can cost you time and tokens. Detego collects them in your Mac's notch. Hover to open the shelf to preview a file or drag it out. It never takes focus from your terminal, so you keep focus where it matters. Items are grouped by session and prompt.
