Converting a file should take three seconds, not a browser tab and an upload.

Arazio lives in your menu bar and works from the drag itself. Pick a file up in Finder, hold Shift, and a radial menu appears around your cursor showing only the formats that file can actually become. Release toward one and the converted file lands in the same folder, beside the original. Hold Option instead and you get the tools: compress, resize, crop, rotate, trim, split, merge, extract.

Select as many files as you like and the same gesture handles all of them.

Everything runs on your Mac. The conversion engines contain no networking code at all — a test fails the build if a networking symbol appears in them — so nothing you convert is ever uploaded, and it all works with the Wi-Fi off. Originals are never modified or moved, and an existing file is never overwritten.
